Today is day two of my cutting sugar plan. I’m hoping to make it last as long as I can, at least a week, but I’m already farther than I’ve ever made it before.
Sugar is addictive. And it’s everywhere.
For the next … I’m not sure how many days, I’m going to do without sugar, maple syrup, honey, fake sugar, fruit, dried fruit, ice cream, and of course, candy.
It’s already day two, so I’m hopeful I can make it longer!
